Seascapes by Doreen A. Lang

Dear friends,

While working from home and consulting with business owners on the principles of employee retention during these pandemic times, we discuss their employee engagement challenges and they ask me, “What more can I do to engage my staff and show them we care?” These are challenging times for workers (especially in the healthcare industry) and being creative and thinking outside the box is of great importance.

Since paying workers more money, or offering additional time off is not an option, I wanted to provide them with another option. So I began painting scenes of the beautiful south shore, specifically scenes from Scituate, Marshfield, Plymouth, Cohasset seascapes. There is so much beauty that is not able to be appreciated right now and what is cheerier than sunshine, ocean scenes and sand? Not much 🙂

I present you with seascapes of the south shore. Whether you purchase these unique and affordable paintings for those special team members who go above and beyond each day, or that special man or woman who’s hard to buy for.

Please take a look at a few examples and choose your favorite, or tell me what you would like to sea?

Give your friends, families and staff another reason to love you!

Happy and Healthy holidays to all.
